Information
- -Products cannot be rented or returned on days when the store is closed. (Reservations can be registered due to the specifications of the reservation system, but we will cancel them.)
- -We will accept reservations for the rental service only from the web.
- -Payment is only by credit card ( VISA / MASTER ).

STEP 01Product selection
To make a reservation, please apply from the "Rental reservation here" button at the bottom of the page.
(We do not accept reservations by phone)
*Please apply 3 months to 5 days before the rental date.
STEP 02Reservation application
When applying for a reservation, please read the notes carefully in advance and select the rental period and product.
Application flow
1. Entry of customer information ~ Temporary reservation
Enter your name and contact information. Agree to the terms of use, and click the confirm button to register your reservation.
2. Payment
Please complete the payment procedure with a credit card ( VISA / MASTER ) from the payment screen.
3. Receive reservation application receipt via email
We will send you an automatic email confirming your reservation request. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so from the reservation page described in the body of the email. (We may not be able to respond to cancellations over the phone.)
4. Confirmation of reservation
We will check the reservation details at the store, and if it is approved, we will send you an email confirming the rental reservation.
If you made a reservation for a holiday or if there was a problem with the reservation, you will be automatically sent a "reservation disapproval notification" email, and the reservation will be automatically canceled.

STEP 03Receive rental items
Rental items can only be picked up between 10:00 and 18:00. No pick-up is possible before/after our business hours. Please check the contents immediately after receiving the items.
STEP 04Use rental items
Please refer to the attached instruction manual and the setup video on the manufacturer's website for setup and use. Enjoy comfortable camping.
STEP 05Return of the rental items
Rental items can only be returned between 10:00 and 18:00. No return is possible before/after our business hours. Please note that if the return time has passed, you will not be able to return it until the next business day. In that case, a late fee will be charged until the rental product is returned.
STEP 06Confirmation of rental item condition
We will check the condition of the returned item and accessories. If there is a problem with the product, such as loss, damage, or staining on the item or parts, we may charge an additional fee at a later date.

About reservation
- When can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation from 3 months to 5 days before the desired pick-up date.
*Due to the limited stock of inventory, we may not be able to accept last-minute reservations depending on the packing and transportation pace. Please make a reservation as far in advance as possible. In addition, we accept reservations for products on a first-come, first-served basis, so stock reservations may be filled during busy seasons such as Golden Week and weekends. Thank you for your understanding.
It may be possible to rent even on the day depending on the inventory at the store. Please contact us by phone for details.
- How long is the rental period?

It is possible to use from daytime camping (return on the day of rental) to 3 days (2 nights 3 days).
- Can I cancel my reservation?
-
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged from 2 days before the pickup date for cancellations after the reservation has been confirmed.
*Free of charge up to 3 days before the pickup date
*Rental fee for 2 days before the pickup date x 25%
*Rental fee for the day before the pickup date x 50%
*Rental fee for the day of the pickup date x 105%
The cancellation process can be done in the reservation page described in the reservation confirmation email. If you want to change the reservation details, please cancel the reservation first and make a new reservation.
About payment
- What are the payment methods?

You can use the following payment methods.
Credit card ( VISA / MASTER ) only. (We plan to expand the payment methods in the future)
- I would like to ask about the extra fee in case where the rental item is lost or damaged, or returned late.

In case that a rental item is damaged, or lost, or returned late, the following billing procedure will be applied.
In case of damage
Equipment insurance is automatically applied to all products, but if the damage cost exceeds the scope of compensation, we will charge an excess fee.
In case of theft or loss
We will invoice you for the item sales price.
About the use of rental items
- Can outdoor beginners set up?

Yes, all products that require setup come with a manual that is easy to understand even for outdoor beginners.
- Is the fuel for the burner (gas cartridge fuel ) included in the fee?

Gas cartridge fuel is included in the rental fee.
Therefore, if you did not use up the gas cartridge fuel, you can take it home with you.
Since the amount of usage varies depending on the number of rental days, please bring the necessary amount on your own when using for more than 1 night and 2 days
- I would like to extend the rental period.

If you wish to extend the rental period, please be sure to contact us by phone to confirm whether the extension is possible and obtain approval from our shop.
Basically, if there are no reservations, we can let you extend it.
Please note that we will charge a penalty fee (50 % extra) if you did not return on time without prior consent.
