A younger brother runs a cafe " ASAKARA GOOD STORE " that uses fresh vegetables and fruits and is particular about cooking methods, and he proposes "things" to decorate the dining table that is indispensable in daily life. His older brother owns an event production company that provides all-in-one support from planning to implementation and management. Doors Coffee Roastery is their collaboration that utilizes the experience cultivated in each business through the outdoors that these two people love.
We have a coffee stand in Kasagi-cho, Kyoto, where we use our human-friendly cuisine and wisdom to gather people and have fun, and to satisfy our customers from the bottom of their hearts. We open the door with gratitude for people and nature, and look forward to welcoming you.
Coffee beans carefully selected from all over the world
Like wine, it is easy to imagine that even if the country of production is the same, the quality of the coffee beans will be different depending on the plantations, soils, and the way of thinking of the producers.
At Doors, we carefully select raw beans from all over the world that are thoroughly managed in terms of everything from the farm to the roasting such as “procedure, quality, and transportation”. We will offer it to everyone without compromising the rich flavor expressed like fruits and spices.
Coffee roasting machine "NOVO MARK II"
We carefully roast beans in the store using an industrial coffee roaster made in Kyoto. You can also enjoy your own coffee with the degree of roasting according to your preference.
Espresso machine "SYNESSO MVP"
We use the high-end espresso machine "SYNESSO MVP" created according to Seattle craftsmanship. High-quality and stable espresso extraction is achieved by detailed settings.
